Premium Subscription Error

Hello,

 

I upgraded my iPhone, followed by the renewal of my premium subscription which is done through Apple subscriptions. However, the Fitbit app isn’t able to update the subscription displaying an error. 

I’m already a month into this subscription and not being able to resolve this. 

Kindly help resolve this.
