You guys are a big scam.  I don't even know how you got my credit card because I have been all over my account to delete my credit card and it's no where to be found.  How did you get it to "renew" a premium subscription is beyond me.  I never signed up for it.  You should not be able to just go into someone's account and help yourself.

Hi @Emeeko, welcome to the Fitbit Forums.

I'm sorry to hear you're having difficulties with Premium.

Let me inform you that, like most memberships nowadays, Fitbit Premium includes an auto-renewal function at the conclusion of the month. Keep in mind that you can begin your premium membership after purchasing a device. This is the most typical circumstance seen by all users. They add the premium to the order, and the subscription is automatically linked to the account from which the order was placed.

That is why we constantly advise our clients to keep an eye on their accounts; you must cancel the membership to avoid any unexpected charges.
