Best AnswerI also just discovered that the Wellness report seems to be missing. Was very helpful for physician appointments. Being able to graphically demonstrate progress via a short report of genuine collected data was terrific. Maybe I just can't find it.....
I used the Wellness report to take to my doctor appointments. and he thought the reports were very helpful. So, if you removed it, I won't be renewing my subscription for Fitbit Premium. That was a poor business decision for Fitbit to make.

Don't bother with the support page. I spent ages on a chat where I provided screenshots, reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, etc. only to be told that the rep would talk to the team and get back to me. No response. Failure to live up to contracted services!
As of today (June 5), I still have no email from support even though I was given a case number (which they won't let me show) on June 1.

It's officially been removed. I wonder if they are gonna offer refunds for those that paid annual subscription to include this feature?

That is not acceptable. You cannot expect your doctor to stand by while you try to scroll through an app to show him things that are readily available on a report that consolidates all the data.
You need to change doctor if he is using any Fitbit data to support any medical opinions.
Best AnswerThe only reason I pay for Premimum Service is for the Wellness Report. I do not need an AI Coach! I need the Wellness Rwport. Very helpful to see improvements and talk to GP. Bring it back Fitbit. Or lose this 7 year member. Apple Watch may be my newest purchase if you do not restore!!
You should have sent out a notice ahead of time - i didn't receive one. The only reason I pay for a subscription is for this report that I'm able to print all my data at one time. I am requesting a refund since you changed the terms I originally signed up for.
Please advise how to get a refund on both my Premium subscription and the on my Sense 2 watch which was recently purchased. I have maintained my subscription specifically for the wellness report that I could share with my Doctor. If this is no longer available I will go to the Spade Health Watch 4 which costs less than $100
The fact that Fitbit arbitrarily drops functionality shows Google is not concerned about premium customers
I am no longer able to download my wellness report which I have been paying for since 2018. I recently purchased a new Sense 2 and resubscribed to premium specifically for the wellness report that I share with my Doctor and health coach.
Please restore the Wellness report or refund the money for the subscription and advise how to return my Sense 2 which I have had less than 2 weeks.
It makes more sense to get a Spade Smartwatch 4 if I have to create a report to replace the Wellness report.
They canceled it and no longer provide that as part of our Premium subscription. Why wasn't an email sent to all subscribers notifying us ahead of time? Posting it in the forum does not reach everyone. I don't check here on a daily or weekly basis, only when I have issues. Lousy customer service.
