I ordered my Fitbit Charge 6 on October 7th and received it and activated it on October 12th. During my initial order on October 7th, I checked the box for the 6-month Fitbit premium subscription trial. However, I later realized that the subscription was already active, even when I had not received the device, so I lost days off my subscription.

Hi there @Dilina, welcome to the Fitbit Community.
Please be aware that this is how things operate and that this behavior is normal. This saves you the trouble of having to activate your free trial, which some users may find a little challenging. I hope you're loving all the amazing features on your brand-new Charge 6.

I just bought a Zwift Hub One smart trainer that comes with 1-year Zwift Membership. I'm not sure when it's going to arrive (up to 2 weeks) but I'm glad Zwift hasn't started my membership thinking I'm too dumb to start it myself 🤦
@Dilina I got Charge 6 from Amazon and I can activate free Premium anytime. Just did it and got 183 days of free trial (each month counted as 30.5 days, fair enough). I got my Charge 6 on 16th October.
