Hi everyone - our team is currently investigating an issue with Fitbit Premium which results in your subscription appearing to be inactive, though you may still see premium features. You may have issues playing videos or accessing Premium reports.

I bought Fitbit premium and I’m in the free trial, but it just stopped showing my account as premium. In apple it says I’m still subscribed but not in Fitbit. I still get the benefits but doesn’t say my account is under premium.

So I activated my Fitbit premium yesterday, used it and received iTunes confirmation. Today it is gone! Deleted Fitbit app and reinstalled hoping for a glitch, but no change. Asked help on Chat but they are unable to help except for forwarding problem. Wondering if I’m doing something wrong as I’m new to Premium. Thanks

I’ve had Fitbit premium since last October. My subscription is active, this morning it worked & now all of a sudden I’m being asked to sign up & pay for premium. Checked my iTunes account & it confirms its active until October 2020. Signed out, resigned in. Nothing
