A few days ago my readiness score stopped showing up. When I click it it says to buy a premium account.
I thought I had purchased it but tried to purchase it because I can be forgetful. A message came up saying I had already purchased a subscription.
I checked my iPhone subscriptions and sure enough it was listed with an expiry of 2024.
I uninstalled the app and re downloaded and that did not fix the issue.
I would like to use the features I paid for. Thanks
