Premium on App but haven't signed up

Yesterday I logged onto my app to track my sleep and realised I have premium, something I didn't sign up for?

I've had this fit bit since May and this only happened yesterday, I've tried logging out and when I open membership subscription nothing is there to cancel?

Hopefully someone can help

@AlexT93 Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting performed prior to posting.

I'd like you to confirm that you have Premium by going to the Discover tab on your Fitbit app, then if your subscription is active, you'll have access to all the workouts.

To cancel it, follow these steps:

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab

    your profile pictures
  2. Scroll down and tap Account Settings

Manage Subscriptions. Your active subscriptions open in your phone’s app store.
  3. Tap your Fitbit Premium subscription

Cancel Subscription. Note that you won't see this option if you already canceled your subscription. Your subscription expires at the end of your current monthly or yearly subscription term.

Hope this helps.

@AlexT93 Thank you for getting back.

It could be that your subscription was purchased through Google Play store, may I know if you see Fitbit Premium under Google subscriptions?

Also, please confirm that Premium workouts are unlocked for you.

See you around.

I can use the workouts but haven't as I don't need too I never wanted premium.
I also can't find the subscription or any emails signing up for it.

Thank you for your help and hopefully we can get to the bottom of this as I'm really confused.. Lol

Interesting - I had the very same thing happen to me a couple of days ago.   I found this forum to see if others had seen this or if I had just accidentally hit something in my app.   I had considered signing up for a free trial so I guess this lets me try it out, but it is a little unnerving that I dont know how it got turned on.

I find this very annoying.  I have accidently signed up for premium several times. I would like to find a way to disable this option.   I do not want a trial.  I do not want an upgrade of any kind.  Fitbit has made it easy to register for this by accident.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Gingerlime. I'm sorry to hear you accidentally signed up to Premium.

There's no way to disable the option to sign in but you can add this idea to our Feature Suggestions.
