Fitbit Premium has been disabled

Hello, 

I got my Fitbit sense 2 weeks ago and I'm very happy with it. However, my Premium account has been disabled despite having been offered a 6 month premium plan as an addition to my purchase.

What is going on?

Could you please let me know:

  • Did you have a Premium membership before getting your Fitbit Sense? 
  • Were you able to enable the Fitbit account?
  • Do you get a message or an error when trying to get to Premium?
