Standard vs Premium subscription

What is left if I don't go PREMUM.  I'm old so I need a TLC explanation.  Thanks

@GarysInspire   Some of the information shared by @gdio53 is incorrect.  The linked video is from 2023 and is out of date.

• Daily Readiness score is free for all users
• Wellness Report is no longer available 
• There are no challenges, free or premium

Thank you. So I don't need to move my account to a Google app if I don't
subscribe to the PREMIUM plan? You have been very helpful. At 82, it is
difficult to understand much of anything that is not presented clearly.

Thank you. I really don't need or use the PREMIUM plan now so I will
cancel it. What about having to secure the Google app? Will that be
necessary?

@GarysInspire   I'm sorry for the delayed reply.  You must migrate to a Google accountably the deadline.  Premium makes no difference.
