I was recently told that my premium subscription ended because of new T/Cs (I think) - it was extremely vague.
An that I had to choose a knew plan to renew. I dd that, choosing an annual subscription.
Now, whilst my app says I'm a premium member, I receive automated emails with the subject line "come back to premium", and there's an error with my subscription section in my account.
Can someone assist please?

@Lowster I just received an email that my prescription was cancelled. it expired earlier this month. I also get an error message when I try to access my subscription. My premium features still work. I checked the news. My current best guess is that the service might be free with the release of the Pixel Watch 3. I found articles that appear to indicate that Google is keeping only 2 Fitbit lines. My Sense 2 is one of them. It could also be a mistake that we were caught up in.
What is the 'new T/Cs'. that term is unfamiliar to me.
I'm not ready to replace my Sense 2. It's the first device to fit my wrist properly with the features I want. I hope that Google either issues a Google Sense 3 or a similar Google device.
