Premium subscription for 12 months when thought I was getting 3 months free!

I thought I was signing up for three months free trial of premium but have been charged for a 12 months subscription which I can’t afford but cannot see how I can sort this out as it says I will have the subscription for  12 months from date stated even though I never intended to buy it. How can I fix this?

im having the exact same problem- clicked on 90 day free trial and got charged 79.99 for a years subscription! 

ive sent them a message on Twitter and willow be trying the online chat as soon as it’s opens up.

I will let you know I have had an online chat but the person said nothing could be done they don’t refund subscriptions so I am not happy as it wasn’t clear I tapped 3 months trial I am sure of this, then it went to a years subscription and I can’t get out of subscription until 12 months time . I think if they are going to do this there should be a cooling off period where you can get straight out if they lock you in and you are unclear thinking it was for 3 months trial. Hope you have luck sorting it out I will still keep trying.

Hi I have had an online chat but was told no refunds are given on subscriptions which I am upset about as I thought I was getting a three month free trial and I am sure I hit that link but ended up with a years subscription. They said I have to see out my year before I am unsubscribed. I think if this happens to people there should be a cooling off period where if you find out you didn’t get a free trial but a year subscription you can get out of the subscription in the first few weeks. It’s not right. I hope you have luck with your refund I will keep trying.

I have had exactly the same issue and am disgusted in the lack of support. I have been re-directed to Apple so am hoping they can help. If not I will be raising a formal complaint as this is false advertising .

I was referred to apple also and fortunately they did refund me my money but fit bit were

not supportive at all. Good luck I hope you also sort yours out.

Got my refund too so all god 😌 I am very unimpressed with Fitbit though, they offers no support at all!

Please remember to cancel Premium  before the renewal date.
