I was on my 7 day trial when I received a notification on a 90 trial on Premium and as the trial didnt seem to end on the day it was meant to, I thought maybe mine had been extended to a 90 day one too.
It now appears Premium has ended after all and I'm not allowed to sign up for a 90 trial as I've already used my trial - but only of 7 days!
Can that be changed and the new trial added to my account? I was considering paying for Premium but feel rather cheated if i only got 7 days instead of 90 as it being advertised when i was still doing my trial.

I think their premium 90 day trial is not working in general. I signed up for the 90 day trial and I got charged after 7 days. I just realized it and need to fix it - I got on here to figure it out. I was hoping to just email a support question as it's not something that needs immediate attention ... I wouldn't be surprised if when you contacted them, they change you to 90 days since you were in that time period.

There is a place to email support ... log into premium (if you still have it) and there are multiple help options there.
