Premium workouts do not play

I just got a new Fitbit and downloaded the app to my iPhone.  I signed up for the premium subscription and clicked on the guided workouts.  When I scroll to the bottom of one and click on “play” nothing happens.  Also on the premium tab of the app, when I click on that it opens what appears to be a menu but nothing happens when I click on the items.  So far not much value in the premium subscription.

Thank you for sharing the details of the issue you’re experiencing. I understand how you are feeling and recommend trying the following:

 

  1. Log out of the app.
  2. Force quit the app and check if it is updated to the latest version by following these steps.
  3. Restart your phone. 
  4. Log into the Fitbit app and check if the issue persists.
