Problem Entering Credit card info for premium subscription

I just now got Fitbit Charge 5 as a gift. I try to subscribe to premium, at least for the first 6 months of free use. In the credit card validation screen Fitbit sets the user id of the credit card as my email, but the credit card user id is not my email. How do I change the credit card user id?

Are you not able to edit the email address?
