I signed up and paid for Fitbit Premium last week, so my end date is Dec 18/23. I then decided to buy a Luxe and I got an email saying I should activate my 6 month trial.
When I went to activate it, I got a message saying I already have a subscription. I reached out to chat with someone and I was basically told I couldn't add it the 6 months to my current subscription. But I paid for a year, so I can't end it.
Does this mean I will not get a free trial then?
