RESOLVED: Get Fit Bingo Issue

I'm in a challenge now and when I reached enough active minutes to flip a tile, it wouldn't flip.  Just wiggled back and forth as if I didn't have enough minutes.  I have enough now to flip any in the pattern, but none will.  Distance and steps are fine.  Restarting my phone didn't help.

My SIL had this same issue In our bingo game last night again. Maybe it’s a time thing where it’s happening in the later portion of the day?

My issue is slightly different. My bingo isn’t syncing with my activity. I’ve done enough steps, distance, and minutes to be able to flip more tiles, but it’s not showing I’ve done them on the bingo board. I’ve tried restarting the app, logging out and back in, but still no improvement.

Both me and my husband are trying to play bingo but it is not syncing with any of our stats. What can we do to make it work? Timer works that’s all

I am having an issue with my Move Minutes.  They were 99 all day and then all of a sudden I checked and they are now 56.  Can you please fix this?  I was almost ready to flip at least one of my tiles.

In my Charge 3, I am unable to sync my minutes for the past 2 weeks. I have taken all the steps to rectify the issue with no resolve. I am also having the same issue with Get Fit Bingo not syncing. Thanks.

I’m still having this issue. I recorded 80 active minutes yesterday but Fitbit is only recording 9 in bingo.

Is anyone else having this problem in 2022? Because I'm having the same problem and can't find a solution. Please help it is very frustrating.

I started a bingo challenge this morning and the app is not syncing distance despite logging out and logging back into fitbit and shutting my phone down as well.
