Readiness Score Needs Changes

The readiness score needs work. I have a Charge Five, below are my thoughts:

  • If I take off my device at night after an hour of sleep it will result in very poor readiness score
    • Fix: set a minimum sleep log of hours recorded or return an inconclusive/null readiness score
  • If I don't wear my device to sleep at all it will record a "0" HRV score and a poor readiness score
    • Fix: set a minimum sleep log of hours or return an inconclusive/null HRV and readiness score
  • The readiness score itself, the readout of 0 to 100 for readiness is very odd and readings of Low, Good, Excellent are too broad and therefore meaningless to users.
    • Fix: adjust these scores (Low is 1-24, Average is 25-49, Good is 50-74, Excellent is 75-100) and then give more detailed feadback and exercise advice for each score.
