Readiness Score and Consistent Training

I am very active in my daily training as well we my weekend activities and my Readiness Score is consistently low (25-1). I feel great like always, but was wondering the baseline human/activity level on which it is based. I'm not an elite athlete by any means, but I do train hard on a relatively consistent basis, especially on weekends when I have more time (Saturday's hike was 386 activity minutes). It seems like just 30 activity minutes a day is enough to plummet my score for the next day. 

 

I'm not using it to adjust my training, I go based on how I'm feeling and when I need to rest, I rest. And was wondering what the experience of others was like regarding this new feature.
