Hi All
i am currently using a Charge 2 and i have recently started the 3-month free Premium trial.
Fitbit sent me email to add my “readiness score”. 4 days have passed and, if i follow the link in the email, i am able to access the score. However, i cannot add it to the dashboard. Even if i press “edit” i cannot see the Readiness score as something i can add. Is it because my dashboard is outdated as linked to a Charge 2? I would like to avoid searching for an old email all the time to access the info…
Thanks for your help!

I think it's to do with using a Charge 2. I found this:
The daily readiness score is available to Fitbit Premium members using these devices:
- Fitbit Charge 5
- Fitbit Inspire 2
- Fitbit Luxe
- Fitbit Sense
- Fitbit Versa 2
- Fitbit Versa 3

Thanks Steve for the reply and for posting the link. This is probably the case- my device does not support the feature in the App.
I will continue checking the score following the link in the email, it is just a bit annoying…
cheers
