I have canceled my subscription and would really like to remove it from my app and go back to normal. Does anyone know how to do it?

I don't think you can. Although you have cancelled the subscription it doesn't actually take effect until the end of the term. Fitbit say in their help file on cancelling premium:
"Your subscription expires at the end of your current monthly or yearly subscription term."
