I get above average deep sleep and REM sleep but my restorative sleep score is below average. How can I improve this score? I’m aware of and practice good sleep hygiene but my restorative sleep score remains around low. Any advise?

@Bobbieflynn your Restoration Score is based on restlessness and your heart rate while you're asleep. I think some people are naturally restless sleepers and that part of the score may not be easy to change. There may be some ways to decrease your sleeping heart rate though. Meditation or mindful breathing exercises may help. Also, avoiding caffeine and alcohol later in the day and not eating too close to bedtime.
