Hello,
Ive recently bought a new wrist band after the old one broke, unfortunately the band is too big for my arm to fit, ive looked up how to return the wrist band, but since im not from the US and the live chat is not working for me id like to know what to do next or get further assistance. Is there any way i can get in contact with someone? I bought the wristband on the fitbit website and im EU based.
