Run Training failing

I’ve really been enjoying run training. I was due to start week 3 today and it’s stopped working. When I click on the run training icon the screen goes blank for a second and then back to my normal dashboard. I’ve switched my Apple phone off and on again and uninstalled and bad reinstalled both the Fitbit and fitbit coach apps. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the details mentioned and for the troubleshooting tried. 

 

It's pretty weird that you're seeing a blank screen for a second. I would like you to log out from your app and force quit it. After this, please try to run the guided program once again.
