So excited to upgrade from the Sense to the Sense 2 following pre-order information received via direct email. Sadly, having placed an order it was rejected.
Why? I couldn't find out, trying several options to contact Fitbit to get support and it all just became just too hard. Chat was dreadful, no response to email, days of exploring how to get support without any success!
So very disappointing given the positive experiences I have experienced with the Sense.
