@neikka   Tap on your Sleep tile, then tap on Month near the top (Day, Week Month, Year).  Tap on the '<' just below Day to go back a month.  Go back as far as you want.  Tap on the calendar icon to go back to this month.  IMO, Fitbit didn't simplify acces to the data with the app update.
