I’m very disappointed in the new app… It no longer tracks my sleep through the whole night. If I wake up in the middle of the night, it stops tracking. So my sleep score is a lot lower than it should be. It never was this way before. It was very good and accurate on all the ratings but it no longer is, hopefully they will fix it. The excuse I got from their helpline was that it doesn’t track sleep if you wake up and go back to sleep. I would think the majority of people do wake up in the middle of the night and go back to sleep so I can’t just be me . I did track my whole night before… I don’t know why they had to change it. Hope they fix it soon.
Best AnswerI also discovered when I looked at my readiness score… It was a 1because they thought I only got four hours of sleep. So it seems the sleep score affects more than just giving your sleep score.
I’m having the same problem with the Fitbit luxe since the new app update. It only tracks the first half of a night’s sleep. I have to manually extend it to about when I wake up and it recalculated and shows sleep but that is annoying to do every day.
