Hi! Wondering if anyone experienced this issue and how it was corrected.
I signed up for the “Beginners running” program and the first days suggests the strong start session, which I’d love to do except the thing won’t download no matter what I try! 😡
I’ve been trying for over a week now, starting and stopping the program, turning my phone off and on, changing wifi, no wifi... nothing works. The bar goes to the end when you hit download this session but never finishes the download.
Help? Thx

I appreciate that you mentioned the name of the session where you're experiencing issues. Thanks for the troubleshooting tried.
I would like you to try doing it using the Fitbit Coach website and then try performing your sessions on your Fitbit Coach app. If you keep experiencing the same, please attach an image to your next reply.

@SilviaFitbit thanks for the reply. Still not working. The workout seems to be only available on the app but the app is still stuck at “downloading”
I tried adding the photos but it says they are too large and I’m nowhere near a computer.
The message on the website says “Download the Fitbit Coach app to do this session. Mobile workouts on the web coming soon!”

Can I get help with this too, I’ve had to quit two guided sessions because workouts won’t download.
