Switch Apple stores but keep free trial

Hello, 

 

I recently got my fitbit and with it came the 1 year free trial for fitbit premium. However I’ve recently moved and would like to switch apple stores. I have to cancel all my subscriptions if I want to do this. Will I able to get the free trial back if I switch? Or will it be lost?
