I was just charged Fitbit Premium which I no longer use. I tried to cancel, but it says I must cancel through Google Play Store as that is where I subscribed. The subscription does not show under my Subscriptions in the Google Play Store. All troubleshooting keeps taking me back in the same loop.
I'm going crazy, can someone please cancel my subscription?

Unfortunately that was not helpful.
I subscribed using the Google Play Store two years ago. I did not use PayPal. Following those instructions, I use my Fitbit App to click Cancel Subscription, which takes me to my Play Store Subscriptions page.... but Fitbit is not there.
There doesn't appear to be any other method of cancelation.

Yes, it just ends up looping me back to my Subscriptions page. I ended up calling Fitbit Support who Transferred me to Playstore support. Neither could figure out why, they opened up a ticket to their specialist team.
