Unable to access Premium after purchase.

I am on an annual membership which should be good to November of 2019, but when I go in to unlock a program or to download a workout, it prompts me to upgrade to premium. When I click on that button to see where it takes me, it verifies I am a Premium member.  It is an endless loop, and I am getting very frustrated...
