Unable to access Premium workouts

Hi, I have a Fitbit Coach Premium subscription which was giving me access to Fitbit Premium but today my Fitbit Is only giving me access to basic ... can anyone tell me why? Thanks Jane

@SqueakHartley It's nice to see you on the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply. 

 

When you subscribe to Fitbit Premium it can take up to 8 hours to activate it. I would like you to log out from your Fitbit app and force quit it. After this, please log back in and check if you get the Premium workouts. 

 

If after trying the above, you're still not seeing Premium workouts, please attach a screenshot to your next reply.
