Unable to cancel Fitbit Premium

There is no way to cancel my premium sub through the app and google play, and I just got charged. How do I cancel my premium membership if I am not subscribed through the app? How do I also get a refund? This charge was unexpected, and there was no way to actually cancel the membership. Thanks.

@Panporan It's nice to see you in the Fitbit Community. Thank you for getting in touch about this. 

 

The Fitbit Premium subscription needs to be cancelled from the store that you purchased it from. If you subscribed through Google Play then the cancellation needs to be done from there. 

 

Fitbit subscriptions are non-refundable. However I noticed you already have a case with our Support team, please continue the communication with them, they'll be happy to assist.
