I had to use your chat to cancel a subscription that I never expected to be charged for. Your site needs to improve to make it easier to navigate. Not being able to cancel on your own makes it seem like a scam. I will be buying an Apple Watch as everything is included with their monthly subscription. FitBit is not worth the money monthly - not even close!

There is no comparison between the Apple Watch and Fitbit. However, Fitbit is improving day by day.
But still many things to improve. Including their customer services, subscription, platform and return and refund policies.
