Unable to rate FitTest

Fitbit coach is not recording workouts. I have just recently downloaded this and purchased premium. Now i have been doing the fit test for 2 day . Ow and it's not recording the workout. The trainer says that at the end of each exercise I will have to rate the difficulty of the exercise performed but the video does not stop and give the options for this, but just plays straight through. At the end of the workout the only option it gives  me is to exit the workout. I have been trying to do it for 2 days now. Must have done the fit test 15 times all with the same result. So annoying. Can anyone help with this as I am unable to get personalised workouts until I have "done" the fit test. I have a Samsung galaxy s8 and a Fitbit versa. I have tried resetting my phone, syncing in the fitbit app and restarting my versa. Nothing works. I have followed advice on previous threads on the subject but nothing works. Any help appreciated as at this rate I am considering asking for a refund. Thank you.

A warm welcome to the Community @Kaymax86. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting done.

I'll be happy to help you. If you have already done the FitTest, you should get personalizes exercises in your account, I would like you to double check that it shows as done in your profile, to do so:

- Go to your Dashboard > click on profile

- Below your name, you will see Activities and Sessions

- Choose Sessions and then check if you have the FitTest done there

Also, confirm that you have all the requirements needed to have Fitbit Coach running in your phone.

If you're still unable to rate your FitTest, then provide me with a screenshot of what you're getting.

Let me know how it goes. I'll be around if you need further assistance.
