I just got Premium- I want more motivation thought the bingo and challenges would/will help. I go to it and say I need to update ap. but there are no updates? I am trying to get it to work on a samsgun J3 and a ZTE.. could it be my cells are not good enough? SIgh I was all ready to d bingo today

I would like you to confirm you have the latest Fitbit app version installed on your phone, this should be 3.26 for Android. You could double check Google Play store for updates.
Additionally, please let me know the OS installed on your phone and app version.

Sorry to hear that. It sounds like your phone doesn't have one of the latest OS installed, in this case, you could contact your cellphone provided and maybe they could guide you on how to update it.
