I keep getting Error: Validation Failed when trying to log in the fitbit coach app, I can’t log in online either and have tried deleting, reinstalling the app and changing my password.

I think my problem is the same. I get wrong email or password when trying to log into the app. Changed my fitbit password. Reinstalled the app. The FitStar app on my Versa works fine. Its just the iOS app I have problems with. But sometimes it seems to log in, but then opens the Versa app instead of the FitStar app and obviously I can’t modify any of my workouts from here.
It’s a pity because I have had this app a few months and only now have I really got time to get into it. I feel like my money is down the drain 😞
