I have been looking all over to find where I can change my credit card information for my premium account. Mid last year I signed up for premium but needed assistance from someone over the phone. The issue was the system was down at the time so I kept getting error messages. My premium account was set up a day or 2 later. The problem I have is the credit card I was using has been cancelled. I would like to keep my premium account but have yet to figure out where to enter the new information. Could someone please help me with this information?

Since you mentioned that you called our Support team when the subscription was purchased, this seems like it was bought from the Fitbit Store, in this case, it's recommended to contact them again, they'll be happy to assist you.
