Wellness Report not available

I've been using my Fitbit watch for more than 30 days but when I tried to download the wellness report; it wouldn't download. It says I need to use my Fitbit device for 30 days. How can I fix this? 

I appreciate the suggestions and advice. Thank you.

This has been a problem for me since November 6th.  I have 8 outstanding support tickets with the same issue and still no resolution. Very frustrating as I have been a Premium customer since 2018

Hopefully they take responsibility and resolve the issue.

That is a lot of support tickets! I just got one back but it didn't solve anything. It is very frustrating and I imagine more so for a premium member. I've only been using a free trial for a few months.

I am now on the 7th new support ticket after upgrading to v4.35 still not being able to download my Wellness report.  For the 1st time I was accused of being rude by Luigi when I asked him if he even read the text in the chat request.  I had stated that I upgraded to v.35 in the first line.

Very frustrating to have no resolution in over 2 months as a paying premium member.

I just got the results of my last support ticket and they said to update the app and that should solve it. It didn't. I decided to go back to the free version when my free trial ends and wait the bug is fixed before paying for premium. I think the only way Fitbit will make an effort to solve this issue is when they start losing customers.
