Hi, I just lost/got stolen my Fitbit versa 3 och was forced to buy a new devise- I had just signed up for the premium membership.
I suppose I have to take away the first devise to install install the new?
Do I lose all my old data??
Do I have to pay and start up a new premium membership?
Can the person who has stolen my deivice see my information in some way or get hold on it?

@mbovallda Hello! I'm sorry to hear your device was stolen. The good news is that your Fitbit Premium is based on your account, not your device. So if you got a new device, you should continue to use the email address associated with your existing Fitbit account and all your data will be saved and your Premium should still be on your account. You will have to remove the old device to add the new one to your account, but like I said, this will not delete your data and you won't have to buy a new Premium subscription since it's attached to your email account, not the device.
