Hello,

I recently bought a Fitbit charge 5 from your online store. Since I have bought it with company money I need a proper invoice. I have chatted with someone from your support team that could not help me.
I really need that document to provide it to the fiscal authorities.

How can I get my Invoice?

Hi, I also haven't received an invoice for my Charge 5. I just got an invoice for the included 6 month Premium. Can you send me the invoice?
