The different workouts isn't explained in detail so I'm having a hard time finding one I like.
When it was Fitbit Coach I could see if the intervals was 5-10-3-8-2-7-1.5-5 etc or what span of speed and incline it was.
Does anybody know a place where the different sessions are explained?
