I was in the process of using the Beginner running program and I had to restart the program because I didn’t meet my requirements from last week. Now when I click on it it goes to a and nothing comes up... how do I quit the program when I can’t go any further than a white screen? I’ve tried logging out, forcing closing, turning the phone off, etc. Please help!

Thanks for explaining the issues that you're having, as well for the troubleshooting steps tried. You did an awesome job! It's odd that nothing comes up when opening the Beginner Running program and since your post didn't mention, please make sure the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version.
