Why Fitbit is awful?

Hi guys,

Sorry for my hard words on start, because i feel pissed of and frustrated.

  1. I wasted 40 minutes trying to figure out my weight. I'm using Aria 2, on average every 2 weeks I have to reset it because otherwise I get the magic error 6. Support as I used to want to talk to them recommended a reset. Well, you can see the considerable quality of the product 😉 Today, the scale has outdone itself. Every 10 minutes of standing on it, where I could see only waves plus arrows, error code 6 pops up. No improvement....
  2. Support (did they ever help anyone?) Full of faith that I paid like a gold product I wanted to report a problem to support, the official link directs me to an error page: "Sorry, that page is following a different trail. Since it's unavailable, step over to one of these instead:" Not to mention that my last ticket has not been answered for 21 days. And before the last ticket was closed on the principle: "We don't want to, get lost".
  3. Fitbit app - I omit the very small number of challenges, plus the same challenges for several years. When I want to read the comments in a challenge I get the magic "comment". It looks to me like a bug in the spam protection code that is racist and doesn't detect other languages, but what can I know. I'm just supposed to pay the high and not require....
  4. Charge 4 - GPS loses range when I walk under a piece of drywall. It doesn't matter that I have my phone in my pocket which is constantly connected. No, when I turn on a sport in the wristband, the wristband has to turn on its GPS.... Apart from the fact that when I start the "sport" I can't see the current time and I have to use my phone for that....
  5. Application - gives away data by forcing connection with google analytics. Without this I am not able to connect even to Spotify. Per my reported comments ticket bounced because it's more convenient that way.
  6. Any wristband - how come Xiaomi with richer options, colorful display has several times longer run time on a single charge? 🙂

To sum up. I have enough. Product quality, quality of applications or even support are tragic.
Leaving aside the EA games where I have to pay a premium to have access to options that are promised for free (extended sleep data, the ability to events with friends).

Anyone in the group have access to the Fitbit board? Or is it better if I use google to reach these people and report them directly? Because honestly I'm getting discouraged from using these products.

Since you mentioned that you have a case with our Support team, it's recommended to continue the communication through email, they'll be happy to assist and provide the options available. I was able to see that your case was transferred to a higher Support level and this is why it's taking longer than usual to get back to you, your patience is truly appreciated. 

 

In case the links provided by our team don't work, please report this back to them, they'll be able to edit the link and provide the correct one.

If you saw my ticket discussion, it makes me wonder why you just added fuel to the fire and changed the title of this thread. I have a huge request as tomorrow will be the first month anniversary of my ticket, please don't add to my nerves and bad opinion about the brand and change the title to original....

As for the notification itself, you have to admit that only my annoyance and the development of a brawl helped to escalate my notification. And still do not know how will end this ticket and other threads about which I extended it.

To sum up, I would be grateful for restoring the title to the actual state. If somehow the company makes me change my mind then let me then write you a message to change the title or delete this topic.
And yes? Let it hang as a reminder of what ignorance leads to.

Last but least, I know all about Fitbit Premium, which is why I put the topic here. You have to admit that it's not fair when you have to pay for basic features 🙂

A small update, as far as I can see I have corrected the title, also I have restored the original. If the situation changes then from my side I stand by what I wrote in the topic.
