I have just been charged an annual subscription but am also being charged a monthly one? How do i cancel one and get my refund as you’ve overcharged me?

Hi there, @mcnicm20. @SunsetRunner Welcome to the community forums.
@mcnicm20 Thank you for letting me know about this. I understand your concern as you can have one active subscription per Fitbit account. I'm sorry this happened to you and I've requested a case on your behalf so our Support team can provide you with further assistance. Please keep an eye on your inbox, you'll receive an email with more information shortly.
@SunsetRunner Thanks for joining this thread. Just to confirm, were you also charged twice for Premium? If so, was it for the same amount?
In regards to your other question, if you refer to the Today screen on the Fitbit app, you can customize the tiles displayed. To do this, check the instructions described in this help article.
