Why is fitbit betraying Loyal users? 10 years lost data!

Fitbit seems to be in terminal decline under google. I have been a faithful premium subscriber since 2012 - have continued to stay loyal because well - thats my continuous data archive.

In 2019 I went through a weight lost transformation, and was SOOO proud of my achievements, when I looked at my "All" weight data since 2012 to today it used to be glorious.

Now the system seems to have :

  1. Lost or not displaying any of my data before 2023 ("ALL" option now just shows 2 years not 14!)

  2. Replaced ALL the detail with a single data point for each month! - An average??? 

  3. Not only is the APP rubbish in displaying MY data, but the web dashboard has disappeared, and the fitbit site just redirects to the Google Devices sales site - there has been no proper dashboard for ages.

THIS IS TREASON AGAINST LOYAL USERS - Fine Google - I can just go out now and buy any old cheap chinese tracker.

FITBIT was the best - WHY are Google destroying it and their loyal user base????

Please reinstate a user's data that we paid for with premium all these years! Thats not a cloud service its a rug-pull.  Please allow the app to see proper history, for example my Fitbit Scales log every day, BUT the app when you tap weight and scroll down, only shows date to the begining of the current month. Same with heart rate data, impossible to access back in time. Etc Etc.

HOW CAN YOU CALL THIS A *TRACKER* IF IT CAN'T TRACK. What a LIE! 

TOTAL NUTS - VERY ANNOYED.
