Workout not counting in a Guided Program

I just finished a run from my weekly plan, but for the third time in a row, it's not registered. When I finish the run I give it 5 stars and then go back, and it's like I never did anything this day. It is registered on my daily activities on fitbit, but it's blank on my weekly plan.
