Workout not counting on Guided Programs

I am having the same issue with the Run Training and frustratingly can't progress to the next week as I 'haven't completed this week's workouts'. If you can't fix the tracking issue, maybe disable to lock to be able to progress to the next week at least in the meantime.

Thanks for letting me know that you're doing the Run Training program. I see where you're coming from. 

 

I would like you to confirm the workout dates are on the same days as the schedule you chose during guided program setup.

I know I have the same problem. I am doing the Run Training Program, and only occasionally will it record my workout for that day. I do the exercises every day and at the end of the week, it says I have only done one day so I have to repeat the week. This is the fourth week in a row I have had to do week 1. Please help!

I have the same problem. I can confirm that the workout dates are on the same days as the schedule I chose during the guided program setup.

Hi, I'm doing the workouts on the day they come up on schedule, but it's saying I haven't done any workouts for the week. Has this issue been resolved?

Hi MatStorring. I believe I know what the problem is. I used to use the guided workout programs, and it rarely recorded it for me. I think the problem is the time of day you are doing it. If you do it before the time/alarm/notification that you set, then it will not record it. But if you do it afterward, it should record it in my experience. I hope that helps

I'm having this problem as well. My run training is set to alarm me at 11 a.m.

Yesterday I ran the program for the day at around 4 p.m .. it's marked as complete in the plan for the week, but I still have 0 workouts completed on the dashbboard
