Workspace Migration Orphaned Annual Premium - Requesting Service Credit Code

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Forced migration from Legacy to Personal Google Account has orphaned my active 1-year Play Store Premium subscription held on a Google Workspace profile (which is unsupported for Fitbit migration).

  1. Google Play Support denies refund (Policy).
  2. Subscription cannot be transferred to new Gmail (Technical limitation).
  3. Migration to new Gmail is mandatory to retain 9 years of data.

Please, Escalate to Billing/Subscription Team: I require a 1-year Premium Promo Code/Service Credit to be issued for my new account immediately to honor the prepaid contract that your force migration policy 'ghosted' to limbo. Do not send standard migration FAQ; this is a cross-account entitlement loss. I've already explored all the other parties involved in this, and you've all washed yours hands thrice cycles bouncing me between your supports: it's my problem, your money is lost what a shame, you all tell me the same thing: sorry to be me.

Edit: Just great, I removed content because I can't see any format but ugly-hellish as any formatting disappears when I post it (yeah yeah, I know, pretty sure I've text-only toggle enabled somewhere)

Peace,
Q.

@RoTTe   The Community is a user to user help site.  No one can help you here.  You need to contact Support  for help.  Generally, subscriptions aren’t refundable.
