missing fitbit premium subscription details on https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/account/subscription

The phone Fitbit App showed my Fitbit Premium as Active.

But My Account - My Subscriptions on https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/account/subscriptions showed that I have no subscription to CANCEL.  I do not use any Google account for my Fitbit account login.

I activated my 6 months free trail on Fitbit.com on my desktop and did not receive any "supposed" notice email before the free period ended and so, my yearly subscription "somehow" started in October 2023.  That is, after receiving my bank statement, I checked my My Account - My Subscriptions on   https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/account/subscriptions and it showed that Google Premium Membership - Status: Active Next Billing 10/xx/2024.  But now, my Fitbit Premium Subscription details are missing.

Separately, after checking everywhere, I found out that Google no longer sells Fitbit devices to APAC countries and    https://support.google.com/product-documentation/answer/13823068?hl=en&sjid=8476029724393428024-AP says

Auto-renewals of Fitbit Premium memberships purchased from fitbit.com in the above countries stopped effective August 11, 2023.

If you have an active Fitbit Premium membership, you will continue to have access to Fitbit Premium features until the end of your current billing period plus an extra 30 days at no additional charge. After which, your account will automatically switch to our basic service and you will no longer have access to Premium features. 

To keep access to Premium features, you may resubscribe to Premium in the Fitbit mobile app after your current subscription expires.

So, again, my yearly subscription "somehow" resubscribed after Google stopped the service.

In any case, since there is no more Dashboard on desktop, I like to CANCEL my Fitbit Premium before the auto renewal next month in 10/2024.
