Activity History under Log is Not correct

When i open the dashboard and go to log and to activities, there is a Activity History about at the bottom of the page that shows different dates and 90% are wrong and dont have data or not correct data, i click the pencil (edit) but it only lets me write notes, how can i manually fix those so they show up in my totals????

Thanks for bringing this up. I'd like to ask a few questions about this:

• Are you checking on a different device then your computer to compare?
• When did you notice? 
• Are absolutely all dates incorrect?
• Is the type of activity correct?
• Could you take some screenshots if you are comparing it to somewhere else so that I can see the difference?
